The Hon. Ryan Park MP is the Minister for Health, Minister for Regional Health and Minister for the Illawarra and the South Coast in the NSW Government.

Ryan first joined NSW Parliament when he was elected Member for Keira in March 2011. Prior to this, Ryan attended the University of Wollongong where he completed his Bachelor of Education and Master of Education (Leadership and Management) and worked as a high school teacher at Lake Illawarra High School.

Ryan has a lifelong commitment to public service and, prior to entering parliament, held a number of advisory and leadership roles in the education, transport and community sectors.   

Ryan is very passionate about all things Illawarra and is determined to revolutionise the region he has lived in all his life, ensuring everyone is supported in pursuit of their dreams.  

Ryan is also a diehard fan of the St George Illawarra Dragons, which has given him more life experience in facing challenges than anyone should face. Ryan lives with his wife Kara and two sons.
